Guerrilla RF GRF2111 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA)

Guerrilla RF GRF2111 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a broadband and ultra-low noise amplifier designed for X-Band and other high-performance RF applications up to 12GHz. This amplifier exhibits standard tuning with low Noise Figure (NF), linearity, return loss, and gain flatness from 8GHz to 12GHz. The device can also be used outside the intended frequency range from 3GHz to 12.6GHz. The GRF2111 LNA features 12.9dB gain, 1.2dB evaluation board noise figure, and a high output linearity (OIP3) of 36dBm. This amplifier operates from a flexible supply voltage range of 2.7V to 6V, with a typical bias condition of 5V and 80mA, for optimal efficiency and linearity. The GRF2111 amplifier is fabricated using GaAs pHEMT technology and comes in a compact 1.5mm x 1.5mm DFN‑6 package. This amplifier is ideal for radar, X-band, satellite communications, linear driver amplifier, and weather monitoring solutions.
