Infineon Technologies 4500V IGBT Modules are 1800A 190mm single switch IGBT module with Trench/Fieldstop IGBT4, four emitter controlled diodes and isolated AlSiC base plate. The 4500V IGBT Modules are ideal for HVDC applications.
The Infineon 4500V IGBT Modules offer unbeatable robustness and enable 1.4 GW HVDC plants at 320kV without paralleling. In addition, the Modules standardized housing simplifies design and maintenance.
