Infineon Technologies REF-SHA35WRC2SYS Ceiling Fan Reference Design Kit features a mainboard, a daughter card with an IrDa sensor, and a suitable remote control box. The mainboard includes an IMD112T iMOTION™ driver which provides turnkey PFC and motor control with the field-proven MCE (Motor Control Engine). This eliminates software coding from the ceiling fan motor control algorithm development process. Moreover, a PFC stage with IKA08N65H5 as switch plus IRS44273L as a suitable gate driver and IKN03N60RC2 for the inverter stage is also included. The single-layer PCB with a 90mm diameter provides a cost-effective and ready-to-copy reference for common ceiling fan designs.
