Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC397 5V TriCore Application Kit
Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC397 5V TriCore Application Kit offers limited signal access for evaluation purposes. The evaluation board allows the development of Tricore applications with corresponding tools. A powerful debugger software can download these applications. The TC397 application kit has an additional touchscreen display that offers convenient handling. This application kit features an SD card slot (mini-SD), a high-speed CAN transceiver (CAN FD capable), a USB to UART bridge, and an ethernet gigabit PHY. The TC397 application kit incorporates the AURIX TC397 in an LFBGA-292 package.
