Infineon Technologies XDP™ XDPS2221E Power Factor Correction (PFC) + Hybrid Flyback (HFB) Controllers are digital combo controllers with configurable parameters for protection modes and maximized system performance. The novel ZVS hybrid-flyback (asymmetrical half-bridge) topology enables ultra-high system efficiency. The integration of PFC and hybrid flyback into a single package optimizes the system performance by harmonizing the operation of the two stages and reducing the external bill of material components. Infineon XDPS2221E HFB Controllers offer efficiency of >95% and low standby power. The series complies with DoE-7 and CoC-2 standards and supports a wide AC input voltage range.
