ISSI SPI NOR Flash ICs

IS25x SPI Flash Memory Devices offer a storage solution with flexibility and performance in a simplified pin count package, making them ideal for low-power applications with constrained space. These devices are accessed through a 4-wire SPI Interface consisting of a Serial Data Input (SI), Serial Data Output (SO), Serial Clock (SCK), and Chip Enable (CE#) pins, which also serve as multifunction I/O pins in Dual and Quad modes.

IS25LQ and IS25WQ Flash Memory Devices offer read speeds up to 104MHz in Single, Dual, and Quad I/O modes, delivering up to 416MHz (104MHz x 4) which equates to 52Mbytes/S of throughput. IS25LP and IS25WP Flash Memory Devices offer read speeds up to 166Mhz in Single, Dual, and Quad I/O modes, and 80MHz in DTR/DDR modes, delivering up to 664Mb/s (equivalent 83MB/sec) of read throughput.
