IXYS GBO25-xNO1 Single Phase Bridge Rectifiers
IXYS GBO25-xNO1 Single Phase Bridge Rectifiers offer low forward voltage drops and space/weight savings in a GBFP-4 package. The package is easy to mount with one screw. The GBO25-xNO1 rectifiers operate within a -40°C to +175°C temperature range and feature a 2500V isolation voltage and a 0.92V forward voltage. Applications include supplies for DC power equipment, input rectifiers for PWM inverters, battery DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors.
