Keysight Technologies FG33531A/FG33532A Waveform and Function Generators with Trueform technology deliver precise, low-distortion signals, advanced modulation, and high accuracy for testing, research, and development. The Trueform technology employs a virtual variable clock with advanced filtering techniques to track the waveform’s sample rate. The FG33531A generators include built-in 16-bit arbitrary waveform generation capabilities and waveform builder software. These devices achieve less than 50ps jitter and maintain total harmonic distortion of less than 0.06%. The FG33531A/FG33532A waveform and function generators simulate typical test applications with six built-in modulation types and 17 popular waveforms. The modulation types include Amplitude Modulation (AM), Frequency Modulation (FM), Phase Modulation (PM), Frequency-Shift Keying (FSK), Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK), and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM).
The FG33530 series features a 7-inch display that shows the waveform setting and other parameter details in one view. The display incorporates dual-channel displays for an uncluttered view, color-coded keypads, and output connectors that help prevent setup and connection errors. The waveform functions include sine, square, ramp, triangle, pulse, PRBS, DC, and Gaussian noise. The FG33531A is available in a single channel, and the FG33532A is available in a dual channel with a 100MHz maximum frequency.
