Lattice Semiconductor Avant™-E FPGAs - Coming Soon

Lattice Semiconductor Avant™-E FPGAs are mid-range FPGAs built using the 16nm FinFET Avant platform. This platform has been optimized to provide low power, a small form factor, and high performance. The Avant-E delivers high DSP and embedded memory-to-logic ratio for mid-range FPGAs, allowing intelligence at the edge for applications in automotive, communications, computing, and industrial market segments.

The Lattice Radiant™ integrated design software environment supports the Lattice Avant platform-based devices. Synthesis library support for Lattice Avant devices is available for popular logic synthesis tools. Radiant uses synthesis tool output and constraints from its floor planning tools to place and route the user design in Lattice Avant devices. The tool extracts timing from the routing and back-annotates it into the design for timing verification. Lattice supplies many pre-engineered IP (Intellectual Property) modules for Lattice Avant families. By using these configurable soft IP cores as standardized blocks, users can concentrate on the unique aspects of a design, increasing productivity.

  • I/O offers a fast configuration in 10ms, and full configuration for 637k SLCs in 60ms
  • Available in commercial and industrial grades
