Littelfuse SP1006 Unidirectional Discrete TVS Diode Array safely absorbs repetitive electrostatic discharges (ESD) strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. It also safely dissipates 5A of 8/20µs surge current (IEC61000-4-5) with very low clamping voltages. The robust diode offers the industry's smallest available footprint of 0201 and is lead-free and RoHS compliant. This Zener diode is fabricated using proprietary silicon avalanche technology to protect each I/O pin, which provides a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience ESDs.
