Littelfuse TMR Digital Magnetic Switches
Littelfuse TMR Digital Magnetic Switches integrate TMR and CMOS technology and are available in bipolar or omnipolar versions. These switches feature a TMR magnetic sensor and CMOS signal processing circuitry within the same package, including an on-chip TMR voltage generator for precise magnetic sensing. The LF11215TMR bipolar switch draws only 1.5µA, while the LF21112TMR omnipolar switch draws 200nA, resulting in low power operation for both models. Additional features include a fast response time, accurate switching points, excellent thermal stability, and an SOT23-3 package. The output of these switches goes low (turns on) when the magnetic field parallel to the sensing axis exceeds the operating point threshold, BOP. However, when the magnetic field is lowered below the release point BRP, the device output switches high (turns off). Littelfuse TMR Digital Magnetic Switches are suitable for speed sensing, proximity switches, utility meters, and rotary and linear position sensing.Features
