Macronix MX25S 1.2V Serial NOR Flash
Macronix MX25S 1.2V Serial NOR Flash features 1.2V (1.14V to 1.6V range) and ultra-low power consumption (0.8mA ICC_active, 0.05µA ICC_dpd), effectively extending battery life. MX25S components provide a Serial NOR Flash memory interface with a range of densities from 4Mb to 128Mb. The devices are available in small form factor packages, such as USON, WLCSP, or KGD (Known Good Die), that can be used with SiP (System in Package) solutions. These memory solutions with a reduced supply voltage simplify designs of low-power applications, including health monitoring, BLUETOOTH® connection, IoT, wearables, and mobile internet devices.
