Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX15041 Step-Down DC/DC Regulators

Analog Devices MAX15041 Step-Down DC/DC Regulators are cost-effective, synchronous DC-DC converters with an internal switch that delivers an output current up to 3A. The series operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and features a peak-current-mode PWM controller with an internally fixed 350kHz switching frequency and a 90% maximum duty cycle. This synchronous buck regulator also features internal MOSFETs that provide better efficiency than asynchronous solutions, thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection (high-side sourcing and low-side sinking), an internal 5V LDO with undervoltage lockout, and more. Analog Devices MAX15041 Step-Down DC/DC Regulators ensure safe startup when powering into a pre-biased output.
