MEMSIC MMC3630KJ ±30G 3-Axis Magnetic Sensor
MEMSIC MMC3630KJ ±30G 3-Axis Magnetic Sensor includes on-chip signal processing and an integrated I2C bus. The MMC3630KJ eliminates the requirement for A/D converters or timing resources by connecting directly to a microprocessor. The device measures magnetic fields within the full-scale range of ±30G, via 1mG per LSB resolution at 16 bits operation mode and 2mG total RMS noise level. This allows a heading accuracy of ±1° in electronic compass applications. The MMC3630KJ supplies an I2C digital output with 400KHz, fast-mode operation.The MEMSIC MMC3630KJ ±30G 3-Axis Magnetic Sensor is housed in an ultra-small low profile 1.2mm x 1.2mm x 0.5mm BGA package and has an -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
