Microchip Technology MIC24097 Buck Converters implement an exceptional adaptive on-time control architecture. The constant-frequency, synchronous buck converter offers a 4.5V to 20V input supply range and a programmable switching frequency of up to 800kHz. The output voltage of the MIC24097 is adjustable down to 0.6V with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1%.The Microchip MIC24097 Converters are housed in a 39-pin 6mm x 7mm VQFN package, with a -40°C to +125°C junction operating temperature range.
