Mikroe MIKROE-2896 Air 4 Quality Click
Mikroe MIKROE-2896 Air 4 Quality Click is an advanced air quality sensing device. This click combines multiple metal-oxide sensing elements on a chip to provide detailed information about the air quality parameters. The MIKROE-2896 click can output Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) value readings as well as the CO2 equivalent concentration readings in an indoor environment. This click can output raw values of H2 and Ethanol in the air. Mikroe MIKROE-2896 Click can be used to calculate gas concentration, relative to a reference concentration. This click features I2C interface, a temperature-controlled micro-hotplate, and two compensated and processed indoor air quality signals.
The MIKROE-2896 click uses the SGP30 sensors which are multi-pixel gas sensors for indoor applications. This sensor uses a dynamic baseline compensation algorithm and calibration parameters to provide accurate readings of TVOC and CO2 equivalent properties. The MIKROE-2896 click provides the libraries required to compute the air quality readings. This click consists of a multi-pixel gas sensor, Low Drop Out (LDO) voltage regulator, dual bidirectional I2C bus, and voltage level shifter. The MIKROE-2896 click is a perfect solution for various air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and other IoT applications.
