Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP2013 & MPQ2013 Linear Voltage Regulators

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP2013 and MPQ2013 Linear Voltage Regulators are low-power regulators that supply up to 15V from a maximum 40V input. These devices offer low dropout voltage and a low quiescent supply current to allow operations at extremely low power levels. Both series deliver a variety of fixed output voltages and an adjustable output option. The output current is internally limited and protected against overload and overtemperature conditions. Applications for MPS MP2013 and MPQ2013 Linear Voltage Regulators include portable / battery-powered equipment, ultra low-power microcontrollers, cellular handsets, and medical imaging.
