NXP Semiconductors MC9S08AC128/96 Microcontrollers

NXP MC9S08AC128/96 8-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) combine high performance and on-chip integration, as well as 8-bit and 32-bit compatibility. The products feature industry-leading EMC/EMI performance, advanced peripherals and available memory of up to 8KB RAM and 128KB Flash.

The peripheral set includes two SCIs, two SPIs, an inter-integrated circuit, 14 programmable 16-bit timer channels with center-aligned PWM capability, a CRC, and a watchdog timer, as well as a 16-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The devices are ideal for home appliance and embedded industrial control applications.
