NXP Semiconductors MCX A5 Microcontrollers (MCUs) are scalable MCUs in the MCX A Series designed for high-performance motor control and connected embedded control. Optimized for connected industrial and secure edge applications, NXP Semiconductors MCX A5 combines a 240MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with up to 2MB of Flash and 640kB of SRAM, along with advanced connectivity, rich analog integration, versatile serial interfaces, and enhanced security capabilities. Integrated 10/100M Ethernet MAC and 10BASE-T1S digital PHY helps simplify industrial networking, delivering the performance and integration needed to build reliable, connected, and secure next-generation industrial and IoT systems.
