Omron G3VH SiC MOSFET Relays

Omron G3VH SiC MOSFET Relays are high-load voltage MOSFET relays based on Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET technology to enable switching at voltages of 1000V or more. These relays support load voltages up to 1800V or 3300V while maintaining low on-resistance for efficient operation. The G3VH relays are designed in a compact 6-pin DIP package with a normally open (1a/SPST-NO) contact configuration. These G3VH SiC MOSFET relays feature 50mA input forward current, a high isolation up to 5000Vrms between input and output, and fast switching performance. Typical applications include semiconductor test equipment and Battery Management System (BMS), where high-voltage switching is required.
