onsemi MC74HC4066A Quad Analog Switch/Mux/Demux achieves fast propagation delays, low ON-resistance, and low OFF-channel leakage current by utilizing silicon-gate CMOS technology. The onsemi MC74HC4066A bilateral switch/multiplexer/demultiplexer controls digital and analog voltages that may vary across the full power-supply range (from VCC to GND).
