onsemi MC74VHCT374A D Flip-Flops are high-speed CMOS octal flip-flops with 3-state output fabricated with Silicon gate CMOS technology. These devices are 8-bit D-type flip-flops that are controlled by a clock input and an output enable input. The MC74VHCT374A  inputs are compatible with TTL levels. These flip-flops can be used as a level converter for interfacing 3.3V to 5V, because it has full 5V CMOS level output swings. The MC74VHCT374A output structures provide protection when VCC = 0V. These output structures help prevent device destruction caused by supply voltage input/output voltage mismatch, battery backup, hot insertion, etc. These devices are Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant.
