onsemi NCP303345 Smart Power Stage
onsemi NCP303345 Smart Power Stage integrates a current-sense driver, a high-side MOSFET, and a low-side MOSFET into a single device for high-current, high-frequency DC-DC buck conversion. The NCP303345 is built for computing power applications and provides an IMON output that reports real-time module current, supporting tighter system monitoring and control.
The onsemi NCP303345 operates across a wide input-voltage and switching-frequency range, allowing each phase to run under improved current balance and thermal conditions in multiphase VR designs. The device also supports Intel® IMVP9.1/2/3 compatibility, phase reassignment flexibility, phase adding and shedding, individual TMON reporting, fault reporting for OTP and OCP events, and driver readiness reporting for more responsive power management.
The NCP303345 is suited for desktop and notebook microprocessors, graphics cards, routers, and switches. The device is offered in a PQFN24 package and supports an operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
