onsemi NCP3232N High Current Synchronous Buck Converter

onsemi NCP3232N high current synchronous buck converter is designed as a high efficiency voltage-mode synchronous buck converter operating from 4.5V to 21V input and generating output voltages down to 0.6V at up to 15A. The device offers lossless low-side FET current sensing, 500KHz switching frequency, externally programmable soft-start, output over-voltage, and under-voltage protection. It also includes system over-temperature protection using a thermistor or sensor through OTS pin, hiccup mode operation for all faults, pre-bias start-up, adjustable output voltage, Power Good indicator, and internal over-temperature protection. The onsemi NCP3232N high current synchronous buck converter is ideal for cellular base stations, telecom & network equipment, and server & storage systems.
