onsemi NCV51313 High Side Gate Drivers

onsemi NCV51313 High Side Gate Drivers are 130V drivers with 2.0A source and 3.0A sink drive capability for DC-DC power supplies and inverters. The onsemi NCV51313 offers best-in-class propagation delay, low quiescent current, and a low switching current at high frequencies of operation. These devices are tailored for highly efficient power supplies operating at high frequencies. NCV51313 is offered in two versions, the NCV51313A and the NCV51313B. NCV51313A has a typical 50ns propagation delay, while NCV51313B features a typical propagation delay of 20ns. NCV51313 High Side Gate Drivers come in DFNW6 3mm x 3mm or standard SO8 packages.
