onsemi NCV78964R1DAGEVB Evaluation Board is a form-factor reference design for an automotive 2-phase Boost and 2-channel Buck power LED driver. This kit drives two LED strings up to 1.6A/60V with a bottom-side cooling option. The NCV78964R1DAGEVB reference design can be interfaced with an external microcontroller via I/O pins and the SPI bus. This evaluation board can be paired with another Buck daughter board to add even more Buck outputs to a single evaluation kit.
