onsemi NCV8160 LDO Voltage Regulators
onsemi NCV8160 LDO Voltage Regulators are designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits. These NCV8160 regulators feature low quiescent current, high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR), low noise, 0.1µA standby current, and very good load/line transients. The NCV8160 LDO voltage regulators are capable of 250mA output current and are well protected against output short circuit, current overload, and overheating. These NCV8160 voltage regulators are designed to work with 1µF input and 1µF output ceramic capacitors. Typical applications include Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), telematics, general-purpose automotive/industrial, smart meters, building, and factory automation.Features
