onsemi NRVB5100MFS Schottky Rectifier offers 0.76V typical instantaneous forward voltage (iF = 5A, TJ = 25°C), 100V peak repetitive reverse voltage, and 5A forward current. This Schottky rectifier features low power loss and high efficiency. The NRVB5100MFS Schottky rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. This Schottky rectifier operates from -55°C to 175°C temperature range and is Pb free.
