onsemi T30LMPSR130 LDO Voltage Regulator

onsemi T30LMPSR130 LDO Voltage Regulator is equipped with an external bias pin, allowing very low output voltage applications with excellent power efficiency. This voltage regulator provides excellent dynamic performance even at very low input to output voltage. The T30LMPSR130 voltage regulator features an input voltage up to 2.2V and a 0.5V to 1.5V output voltage range. This voltage regulator offers excellent load transient performance and low noise, typically 7.5μVRMS. The T30LMPSR130 Low Dropout (LDO) voltage regulator is Pb and halogen/BFR-free and is RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include computing and AI systems, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, STBs, and camcorders.
