onsemi T30LMPSR131 LDO Voltage Regulators

onsemi T30LMPSR131 Loe Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are equipped with an NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). This voltage regulator offers ultra-fast dynamic response and provides very stable output voltage with 1% accuracy over the full temperature range. The T30LMPSR131 voltage regulator features ultra-low bias current consumption, high PSRR across the frequency range, and ultra-low noise optimized for noise-sensitive applications. This voltage regulator is available in a WLCSP6 (1.145mm x 0.75mm x 0.33mm) chip-scale package. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, STBs, and camcorders.
