onsemi T30LMXT3V4T244 Level Translator is a 4-bit configurable dual-supply level translator with 3-state outputs that provides non‑inverting, unidirectional voltage translation between two logic domains. The A- and B-ports are designed to track two different power supply rails, VCCA and VCCB, respectively. Both supply rails are configurable from 0.9V to 3.6V, allowing universal voltage translation between the A- and B-ports. The T30LMXT3V4T244 translator offers high‑speed operation with data rates up to 400Mbps and balanced output drive of ±24mA at 3V. This translator is used in mobile phones, PDAs, other portable devices, and industrial applications.
