Qorvo QPA1008 Variable Gain Driver Amplifiers
Qorvo QPA1008 Variable Gain Driver Amplifiers offer two stages in S-band, housed in a 5mm x 5mm QFN package. The QPA1008 operates from a 2.7GHz to 3.8GHz range and delivers 31dBm of P1dB output power with 26dB of significant signal gain and greater than 30% PAE.
The Qorvo QPA1008 Variable Gain Driver Amplifiers feature a 30dB attenuator at the input and a simple resistively coupled (~-20dB coupling) power sampler detector at the output. The device provides a fast bias control switch for a quick turn on and off operation.
