ROHM Semiconductor BD28C5xFJ-LB PWM Types DC-DC Converters for AC-DC provide an optimal system for products requiring an electrical outlet. These ICs support isolated and non-isolated devices and enable simpler designs of various low-power consumption electrical converters. These devices have a VDD Under-Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) lineup supporting Si and SiC MOSFETs.

Power supplies can be designed flexibly by connecting a current detection resistor externally for the switching. The current is restricted in each cycle, and excellent performances are demonstrated in the bandwidth and transient response since a current-mode control is utilized. An external resistor and capacitor can set the switching frequency of the ROHM Semiconductor BD28C5xFJ-LB on the RTCT pin.
