ROHM Semiconductor BD7LSx Automotive ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD7LSx Automotive ICs are designed for 1.65V to 5.5V power supply voltage operation. These single 2-input NOR gates/inverters feature 5.5V tolerant inputs, low power consumption, and 10μA maximum low current consumption. The BD7LSx automotive ICs are AEC-Q100 qualified and operate between -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These ICs are available in 2.9mm x 2.8mm x 1.25mm dimensions in the SSOP5 package.
