ROHM Semiconductor BM2P Evaluation Boards evaluate the BM2P PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) DC-DC Converters. The BM2P converters are tailored for various applications, including AC adapters, home appliances, and office equipment. Featuring a low ON resistance super junction MOSFET, these boards deliver enhanced efficiency in line with the latest Energy Star standards. The boards provide an optimized power supply system suitable for diverse sets of all kinds.

- 730V (peak) internal start-up circuit
- 730V (peak) internal super junction FET (Ron = 1.2Ω)
- Internal current sense resistor (detection current up to 1.76A)
- Contributes to low EMI by internal hopping function
