ROHM Semiconductor BM6437xS-VA 600V IGBT Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) integrate gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, IGBTs, and flywheel diodes. The BM6437xS-VA has a collector current range of 15A to 35A. The ROHM BM6437xS-VA 600V IGBT IPMs features a low-side IGBT open emitter and built-in bootstrap diode.
