ROHM Semiconductor BU2107 Capacitive Switch Controller ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BU2107 Capacitive Switch Controller ICs are used for operating switches and feature low power consumption using the intermittent operation mode. The BU2107 supports matrix switches which are arranged in the matrix sensors. The automatic self-calibration is activated if external noise and temperature drift are detected. Included blocks are Analog Front End (AFE) detecting capacitance, A/D converter, MPU, LED ports with PWM function and a 2-wire serial bus interface, power-on-reset, and oscillator. ROHM Semiconductor BU2107 Capacitive Switch Controller ICs operate with a 3.0 to 5.5V single power supply.
