ROHM Semiconductor DC Brushless Pre-Drivers & Motor Drivers

ROHM Semiconductor DC Brushless Pre-Drivers and Motor Drivers are high-efficiency devices and are ideal for a wide array of applications. The DC Brushless Pre-Drivers have highly reliable performance and are available with a Hall Sensor. The Pre-Drivers also support different conduction angles (sine wave drive), making them excellent for applications such as paper feed and optical disk drivers.

The Motor Drivers provide high power, high-efficiency MOS output drive. The MOS output drive minimizes electromagnetic noise and integrates multiple protection circuits. Applications for the ROHM Semiconductor Motor Drivers include PCs and communication/industrial devices. The Three-phase brushless DC motor driver IC is compatible with motor/sensorless motor with hall sensor.
