onsemi N24C256X 256Kb I2C CMOS Serial EEPROM offers low-power CMOS technology and is internally organized as 32,768 words of 8-bit each. This EEPROM supports the standard (100kHz), fast (400kHz), and fast-plus (1MHz) I2C protocol. The N24C256X CMOS Serial EEPROM features a 64-byte page write buffer, a 128-bit factory-set read-only unique ID, and user programmable permanent write protection. This EEPROM operates at a 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and 1.2V-referenced SCL and SDA. The N24C256X CMOS Serial EEPROM includes 1,000,000 program/erase cycles and 100-year data retention in an ultra-thin 4-ball WLCSP package. This CMOS Serial EEPROM is Pb−free, Halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant. The N24C256X CMOS Serial EEPROM is ideal for mobile phone cameras and wireless devices.
