ROHM Semiconductor BV1LB050FPJ-C 1-Channel Low Side Switch IC is an AEC-Q100 qualified switch with 50mΩ typical on-state resistance (at 25°C Tj, 5V VIN, and 2.4A IOUT). This switch includes a built-in active clamp function, dual TSD, and Over Current Protection (OCP) function. The BV1LB050FPJ-C switch is available in a 6.6mm x 10.1mm x 2.5mm dimension in a TO252-J3 package. Typical applications include automotive, driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.
