Semtech TClamp® Low Capacitance TVS Arrays
Semtech TClamp® Low Capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Arrays are designed to protect high-speed data interfaces. TClamp TVS Arrays protect sensitive components connected to data and transmission lines from overvoltage caused by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (Cable Discharge Events), and lightning.
These Semtech dual-channel transient voltage suppressors deliver protection while presenting a minimal line-to-line capacitance. Robust surge ratings for high-surge lightning protection help communication, data interface, and xDSL equipment makers achieve compliance with the industry’s stringent EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) immunity requirements.
