Silicon Labs SixG301 Ultra-Low Power IoT Wireless SoCs

Silicon Labs SixG301 Ultra-Low Power IoT Wireless SoCs are specially designed for line-powered smart devices and applications. The modules feature an integrated LED pre-driver, 4MB flash, and 512KB RAM. The SixG301 family includes the SiBG301 devices for BLUETOOTH®, Bluetooth mesh, and proprietary 2.4GHz applications, and the SiMG301 series for Bluetooth, Matter, Thread, Zigbee®, dynamic multiprotocol, and concurrent multiprotocol applications. Both types are based on a 32-bit Arm® M33® core with 150MHz maximum operating frequency and offer a high-performance radio with up to +10dBm output power. Silicon Labs SixG301 Ultra-Low Power IoT Wireless SoCs provide an ideal solution for building automation, smart lighting, and smart home products.
