Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY5A5110 0.4GHz to 3.8GHz SP4T High Power Switch requires no external DC blocking capacitors on RF paths, provided the RF line has no DC voltage. Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY5A5110 operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is controlled by two CMOS/TTL-compatible inputs (VC1 and VC2). Based on the logic level applied to the control pins, the RFC pin connects to one of four RF outputs (RF1, RF2, RF3, or RF4) via a low-insertion-loss path while isolating the other RF paths. The switch comes in a compact 10-pin QFN package.
