STMicroelectronics A2C50S65M2 & A2C50S65M2-F ACEPACK™ 2 Power Modules

STMicroelectronics A1P50S65M2 and A1P50S65M2-F ACEPACK™ 2 Power Modules feature a CIB (Converter-Inverter Brake) topology, for use in industrial power applications including industrial motor drives, solar panels, UPS, welding tools, and power management solutions. With an embedded NTC thermistor, these highly reliable power modules offer a compromise between conduction and switching loss, maximizing the efficiency of any converter system up to 20kHz.

These Power Modules are offered in solder pin (A2C50S65M2) and PressFIT (A2C50S65M2-F) options for flexible and stable mounting.
