STMicroelectronics LDL212 1.2A Low Drop Linear Regulator ICs

STMicroelectronics LDL212 1.2A Low Drop Linear Regulator ICs provide a 1.2A maximum current from a 2.5V to 18V input voltage range. The LDL212 ICs have a typical dropout voltage of 350mV at 1.2A. These regulator ICs are suitable for direct regulation in SMPS and secondary linear regulation in DC-DC converters. The LDL212 IC has a high-power supply rejection ratio of 87dB at 120Hz and more than 40dB at 100kHz. These ICs feature a shutdown mode using an enable logic control function to reduce the total current consumption. The device also includes the current limit, SOA, and thermal protection.
