TSU111-TSU112
TSU111-TSU112 nano-power (900nA), high accuracy (150µV) op-amps
The TSU111 (single version-channel) and TSU112 (dual version-channel) operational amplifiers offer an ultralow-power consumption per channel of 900nA (typical) and 1.2µA (maximum) when supplied by 3.3V.
Combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, these features allow the TSU11x to be efficiently supplied by a coin-type lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications.
The high accuracy of 150µV (maximum) max. and 11.5kHz gain bandwidth makes these op-amps ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery supplies, or energy-harvesting applications.
TSZ12 series
TSZ12 series: ultra precision and low-power op amp for IoT applications
ST’s zero-drift op amps ideal choice for sensor and control interfaces in a wide range of battery-powered IoT applications.
The devices operate from 1.8V to 5.5V, with quiescent current below 40μA at 5V, gain-bandwidth product of 400kHz, and ultra-low input bias current.
The single-channel TSZ121 is pin- and package-compatible with comparable devices from other manufacturers.
The dual-channel TSZ122 offers popular MiniSO-8 and SO-8 packages plus the option of a miniature 2mm x 2mm DFN8. The TSZ124 quad op-amp uses TSSOP-14 and comes in 3mm x 3mm QFN16 package.
These devices provide the industry’s broadest choice of zero-drift op-amps.
