STMicroelectronics VB56G4A 1.5mp Global Shutter Image Sensor is optimized for automotive driver monitoring systems (DMSs). The VB56G4A Sensor performs outstandingly in the near-infrared region using pre-eminent 3D stacking and ST patented processes (940nm). With backside illumination technology and high Quantum Efficiency (QE), the VB56G4A can be operated with one simple LED or VCSEL.The STMicroelectronics VB56G4A 1.5mp Global Shutter Image Sensor is housed in a compact 6.2mm x 6.9mm OBGA package.
