Swissbit U-500 eUSB 3.1 Modules offer commercial and industrial temperature-grade SLC NAND Flash with the highest program erase cycles per block. The U-500 supplies various capacities in a 26.65mm x 36.8mm form factor with a 2.54mm or 2.00mm connector and keyed pin9. The Swissbit U-500 eUSB 3.1 Modules provide a sequential read up to 175MBytes/s and a sequential write up to 90MBytes/s.
