TDK B25696H MKP Power Electronic Capacitors
TDK B25696H MKP DC Power Electronic Capacitors are high-performance film capacitors designed for demanding SiC-based power electronic applications. These capacitors feature up to 1280μF rated capacitance, 900VDC to 2000VDC rated voltage, and an +85°C hotspot temperature. TDK B25696H power capacitors feature self-healing properties, low self-inductance, a low dissipation factor, and are naturally air-cooled (or forced air cooling). These capacitors utilize metallized polypropylene film technology and are housed in a robust aluminum case with a resin top and filled with non-PCB hard polyurethane resin. Typical applications include DC links for renewable energy converters (solar and wind), traction applications (including train, subway, tramway, and light rail inverters), and industrial motor drives.
