EPCOS / TDK NT ThermoFuse壓敏電阻具備寬廣的作業電壓範圍（130至680或750 VRMS），且異常過電壓狀況下可自我保護。NT ThermoFuse壓敏電阻為高能量AdvanceD系列E2裝置，作業溫度範圍介於-40至+85°C。其應用包括太陽能發電系統的變頻器、家用電器、電源供應器、照明等。
